Issue:

Unable to view the ONESOURCE menu in Excel.

Resolution 1 of 2:

Follow the steps below to install the .NET Programmability Support feature in Microsoft Excel.

1.Go to Settings |Control Panel |Add or Remove Programs. Find Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 and click Change.

2.Select Add or Remove Features and click Continue.

 

3.Within the Installation Options, expand Microsoft Office Excel and select .NET Programmability Support.

 

4.In the drop-down box for .NET Programmability Support, click Run from My Computer.

 

5.Click Continue. When the system completes the installation, a message appears.
6.Click Close and then close the Add/Remove Programs page.

 

Resolution 2 of 2:

Enable the ONESOURCE Exchange Add-In (“InSource Exchange” on prior releases).

1.Click the Microsoft Office button.
2.Click Excel Options.
3.Click Add-Ins.
4.From the Manage drop-down list, select Disabled Items and then click Go.
5.Select ONESOURCE Data Exchange and click Enable.

 

Issue:

Unable to see any elements of a map in the View Source Pane.

Resolution:

ONESOURCE Exchange Add-In requires Microsoft Office Professional. Follow the steps below to view the installed version of Excel.

1.Click the Microsoft Office Button.
2.Click Excel Option.
3.Click Resources.
4.Click About.
