Integration with onesource fileroom

For Hosted Clients who log in through the ONESOURCE platform, one free drawer is available to use when the license is activated. You can utilize the ONESOURCE FileRoom to store and access all your documents.

To enhance the documentation functionality, ONESOURCE Tax Provision integrated with ONESOURCE FileRoom. You can migrate documents currently stored in the ONESOURCE Tax Provision datasets to the ONESOURCE FileRoom. You can attach a document at the dataset, unit, or component level. If you attach documents at the component level then, the document is added as usual.  The functionality to attach documents at the component level did not change. When a document is attached regardless of the level, it is indexed making it searchable for quick access. When attaching documents in the ONESOURCE FileRoom, there is no need to open the ONESOURCE Tax Provision application to find or attach a document.

Notes:

Please contact the Tax Provision support team to make this non-revocable choice.
When you license Global Access, the Global Access documents can be stored in the ONESOURCE FileRoom.

Documents can be added at three levels:

1.Dataset Level
2.Unit Level
3.Component Level

In the Control Panel, clicking Documents launches the ONESOURCE FileRoom. Once the Documents dialog box opens, you can set up the required Document Criteria.
