Version 2014 Parameters

This section provides an overview for some of the new System and Dataset parameters released in Version 2014.0 that may be unclear to the end user base. The goal is to provide enough information to understand the purpose of the new parameters in Manage Configurations and Dataset Administration.

Dataset PARAMETER: worldwide state forecast parameter

Location: Data Input - Actual - Dataset - Administration - Dataset Parameters.

Parameter Name: USE_WWPTBI_STATEFCRATE

Functionality Description: When this parameter is turned on, you will see the Worldwide State Forecast Parameter option.

Applications for the Market: You can use the feature to include all units in the State Forecast Rate calculation.

Dataset PARAMETER: worldwide actual etr parameter

Location: Data Input - Actual - Dataset - Administration - Dataset Parameters.

Parameter Name: USE_WWPTBI_INTPROVETR

Functionality Description: When this parameter is turned on, you will see the Worldwide Actual ETR Parameter option.

Applications for the Market: You can use the feature to include all units in the Actual Effective Tax Rate calculation.
