Data Input

In the Navigator, you can enter data into a specified dataset within the Data Input pages. There are several types of datasets that you can create. Then, you have the ability to enter data at different levels. For example, you can create a provision dataset and then enter data in the dataset folder, the federal folder, and the state folder.

Provision Dataset

•Federal folder
•State (Jurisdiction) folder

Estimated Payments Dataset

•Dataset folder
•Federal folder
•State (Jurisdiction) folder

Interim Dataset

•Forecast folder
oFederal folder
oJurisdiction folder
•Actual folder
oDataset folder

oJurisdiction folder
•Current Period folder

 

Note: For Jurisdictions, you click the "add a new Jurisdiction" link in the navigator to select your jurisdictions. After you complete this process, jurisdiction folders appear in the navigator.
