Data Transfer

Within data transfer, you can import and export data. You must select the dataset to modify in the control center.

•You can use data transfer to import and export all data for a dataset using an Excel spreadsheet. Also, you can transfer data, such as options and components, for multiple units to and from the system.
•You can use data transfer to import files with data for multiple units using the "Bridge" import functionality.
•You can use data transfer to transfer data from other applications.

Import

•Spreadsheet Import (Dataset) - Imports data populated in import templates.
•Bridge Import - Imports the general ledger data in a text file format.

Export

•Export Selected Dataset - Exports the data within that dataset to an Excel spreadsheet.
•You can export multiple datasets, a single sub-consolidation, or a single unit.
