Filter Data

You can filter records for one or more columns in the grid to search for the information that you need.

To filter or search for a specific value in a column:

Point the cursor to a column header and click the filter icon data entry filter icon to see the options in the drop-down list. The options include: Clear All Filters, Clear Filter, Number Filters, All and Blanks. The options vary according to the type of data in the column.

To enter filter criteria:

1.Select Number Filters and a filter option.
2.Enter the conditions in the field and then click OK.
3.To restore the entire grid, click the the filter icon data entry filter icon  in the column header and click Clear Filter.
