Menu Bar

The menu bar contains the File, View, Tools, About and Help menus. You can use the commands available in the ONESOURCE Tax Provision menus to exit the application, set interface viewing preferences, download the Excel Add-in, manage licensing and passwords, view information about the version you are using and access online help.

File menu

You can use the command in the File menu to exit the ONESOURCE Tax Provision application.

View menu

You can use the commands in the View menu to choose the elements of the ONESOURCE Tax Provision interface that you want to appear. The View menu contains the following commands:

•	Toggle Sliding - The panel slides up and down, instead of automatically appearing.

•	Toggle Status Bar - Choose this command to show and hide the Status bar at the bottom of the page.

•	Toggle Headers - Choose this command to show and hide the Control Center headers on the control center page.

•	Toggle Full Screen Mode - Choose this command to view the entire page.

•	Toggle Control Center - Choose this command to show or hide the Control Center.

Tools menu

You can use the command in the Tools menu to access the ONESOURCE Tax Provision Excel Add-in download.

About menu

You can use the commands in the About menu to manage your system license and password, as well as, view information about your version of ONESOURCE Tax Provision. The About menu contains the following commands:

•	Import License

Choose this command and the Please specify the name of the ONESOURCE Tax Provision license file dialog box appears, where you can update the license file in the application's database.

•	Change Password

Choose this command to open the Change Tax Provision dialog box, in which you can change your password.

•	Refresh Settings

Select this option if you recently added functionality in "Administration" and it does not appear.

•	Contact Information

Choose this command to view the status of your ONESOURCE Tax Provision license and well as information about customer support, software upgrades, and the support website.

•	ONESOURCE Tax Provision

Choose this command to view information about your version of ONESOURCE Tax Provision.

Help

You can use the command to open the ONESOURCE Tax Provision online Help.
