FORECAST QUESTIONNAIRE

The Forecast Questionnaire page includes a list of questions related to the selected dataset. You can create multiple questionnaires to collect information from local users for Corporate to analyze.

A questionnaire may or may not need to be completed before signing off on a unit.  This depends on how the questionnaire is created; for example, a questionnaire can be created in such a way that it will not require a sign off.  However, a questionnaire can be set up so that the questionnaire must be completed before signing off on a unit. Be sure to select the correct dataset, because each dataset can contain a different list of questions. Select the appropriate Questionnaire to proceed.

Note: Administrators can add/modify/delete Questionnaires on the Administration page. For more information, refer to the Administration section.
