SIGN-OFF SETUP SEQUENCE

The Sign-Off Sequence page enables administrators to determine the roles and permissions for each stage of the sign-off process. In this page, the administrator can modify a users permission for each role and each stage of the sign-off sequence. Administrators can set up each sign-off role as read-write, sign off and rollback.

Stages of the sign-off sequence process include:

•Incomplete
•Prepared
•1st Level Reviewed - 8th Level Reviewed

 

Roles of the sign-off sequence process include:

•Preparer
•1st Reviewer - 8th Reviewer

 

Permissions for the sign-off sequence process include:

•Read-Write
•Sign-Off
•Rollback
