Tax Accounts

In the Tax Accounts page, users can enter the unit's trial balance amount for each general ledger account.

2014.0 tax accounts

 

Enter a separate line item for each tax account:

1.Select the Trial Balance Account.
2.Select the Tag or Class/Sub-Class.
3.Enter the Ending Balance.
4.Type Notes, if needed.
5.Click Add New to create the tax account.

 

After a tax account is created, users can edit or delete the tax account by clicking the appropriate icon. Click the pencil icon to edit the entry.
Select Save Changes after updating the tax accounts.
Users can attach files to an individual tax account item on this page. If users have supporting documents, click the paper clip icon next to the item.
Users can add and update notes for a line item.
