*** Adds the paramvalue as one of the tags in the Tags drop-down menu on the Tax Adjustments page. For example, if M:Manual is entered as the Param Value, then users see Manual in the Tags drop-down menu. For Interim Forecast, use itstagpaytaxadjs-forecast-1. For Interim Actual, use itstagtaxadjs-actual-1.
