Adds the paramvalue as one of the tags in the tags drop-down menu. For example if M:Manual is used then the user sees Manual in the Tags drop-down menu. For Interim Forecast, use itstagtemps-forecast-1. For Interim Actual, use itstagtemps-actual-1.
