*** Adds the paramvalue as one of the tags in the Tags drop-down menu on the Payable page. For example, if M:Manual is entered as the Param Value, then users see Manual in the Tags drop-down menu. For Interim Forecast, use itstagpayable-forecast-1. For Interim Actual, use itstagpayable-actual-1.
