Activating this parameter lets the administrator make the Permanent difference Tags drop-down menu, Read/Write. Note: This must be used in conjunction with the parameter itstagperms-yeprov-1. Once these parameters have been set up together, the paramvalue becomes the default tag. If the parameter does not exist the user will not be able to enter an amount.
