Copy Workbook

If you have multiple workbooks with the same data format, you can copy the mapped element selections from one workbook to another instead of mapping each workbook individually.

To copy mapped elements from one workbook to another:

1.	In Excel, open a mapped workbook.

2.	In the Data Import ribbon, select Copy Mapping.

3.	Select Workbook, and then select By Worksheet Order or By Worksheet Name.

4.	In the Select workbooks dialog, browse to and select the workbook to which you want to copy the data.

5.	Click Open.

6.	The selected workbook opens, and its existing data elements are mapped with the same map as the first workbook.
