Importing/Activating

To import categories

1.	Select the Administration area and click Administration > Import Categories.

2.	Import the following file: Dataset Relations Test Import categories.xls.

Note: Dataset Relations is imported through the Import Categories file: 2012 Provision (RTP Provision) > 2012 Return < 2013 Current Provision (RTP Target).

To import numbers, there are three steps:

Step 1

1. Select the Provision dataset.

2. In the Control Center, select 2012 Provision from the dataset drop-down list.

3. Select Data Transfer > Spreadsheet Import.

4. Import the following file: 2012 Provision RTP.xls.

Step 2

1. Select the Provision dataset.

2. In the Control Center, select 2012 Return from the dataset drop-down list.

3. Select Data Transfer > Spreadsheet Import.

4. Import the following file: 2012 Return RTP.xls.

Step 3

1. Select the Provision dataset.

2. In the Control Center, select 2013 Current Provision from the dataset drop-down list.

3. Select Data Transfer > Spreadsheet Import.

4. Import the following file: 2013 Current Provision RTP.xls.

To activate the RTP posting:

1. Select the Provision dataset.

2. In the Control Center, select 2012 Return from the dataset drop-down list.

3. Select Data Input > Dataset > Administration > Post Ret-to-Prov.
