To Archive a dataset:
| 1. | In Administration, click Manage Datasets and then Datasets. |
| 2. | Choose the dataset you want to archive. |
| • | An archived dataset will not appear for administrators or read only users in the Control Center. The dataset is set as Read-Only. |
| • | Archiving one dataset in a Reporting Dataset archives the Reporting Dataset, as well. |
Note:
| • | At any time, an administrator may select No for the Archived dataset. The dataset will then appear in the Control Center. |
| • | For an un-archived dataset, administrators have the ability to select No for the Read-Only option. |
