All entries made in the application are tracked within the audit trail. A list of components appear in an Excel-like format. Users have the ability to choose All components and each component appears along with the number of logged audit entries. To review the list of audit trail entries, users can expand the component line items. The default view is designed to give users the best overview; however, users can filter the view.
The following folders contain Audit Trail data, and include:
• | View Numbers Data Source History |
• | View Categories Data Source History |
Audit Trail data presents information, such as:
• | Updates and additions to the categories. |
• | Administrators can view the audit trail details. The View Numbers Data Source History and View Categories Data Source History pages are in Administration. |
• | Users can filter the audit trail data. If a significant number of entries exist, filtering the list generates the information in a reasonable amount of time. |
• | Right-click and then select File and Save; then, print the audit trail. |
