Global Access Tabs

The following list of tabs contain specific functions within the application. Some parameters are activated within each tab by selecting Yes or No. Other parameters are activated once a selection is made from a list.

Note: Administrators are not required to exit the software for parameters (system configurations) to take effect. When administrators select another parameter or click a folder in the navigator menu, the message appears that the System configuration has been reloaded into memory.

Initially, some parameters are grayed out because the parameter is not activated in the application.

When the parameter is selected it is activated. The parameter appears in blue font to show that a change is made in the application. Once administrators leave and then return to this page, the parameter appears in black font.

Click the Parameter name and Description for that parameter appears at the bottom of the page. Administrators can hide the description page by clicking on the thumbtack icon at the bottom right of the page. To unhide click on the Description icon at the bottom left of the page.
