Locked Units

Users can lock units in the ONESOURCE Tax Provision program regardless of the sign-off status in ONESOURCE Global Access. When locked, the unit changes to a read-only status for all user roles.

•	Locking a unit in ONESOURCE Tax Provision does not advance the sign-off sequence in ONESOURCE Global Access.

•	A user with permissions to a specific unit can lock and edit that unit in ONESOURCE Tax Provision and ONESOURCE Global Access.
