Sign Off

Users can Sign Off on multiple units at one time. They can do this by using the Sign Off feature list in the Unit page. The sign-off status is also available for each unit. When the sign-off is complete for a unit, the unit is not locked in the ONESOURCE Tax Provision program.

To Sign Off on multiple units using the Sign Off feature:

1.	Click Sign Off in the Unit list page and then select the dataset from the list.

2.	Choose an Entity and then select an Action from the list.

2.	Click Submit to complete the sign off process.

Note: After users sign off for a unit, the unit must be rolled back by the next sign-off level in order to edit the unit.
