Adds the paramvalue as one of the tags in the Tags drop-down menu on the Payable screen. For example, if M:Manual is entered as the Param Value, then you see "Manual" in the Tags drop-down menu. For Interim Forecast, use itstagpayable-forecast-1. For Interim Actual, use itstagpayable-actual-1.
