Update the Excel Add-in File

A new version of the Excel Add-in requires you to install additional files to the workstation. If a new Excel Add-in update is available, the following message will automatically appear: A new version is available for Data Import Excel Add-in. Would you like to download it now?

1.	Click Yes to download the files. The ONESOURCE platform login page appears. After you log in, open the ONESOURCE Tax Provision application and follow the steps to download the Excel Add-in.

2.	Click Save to download the files.

3.	When the update is complete, a message appears requesting you to restart your system. Click Yes to restart your workstation and the configuration changes made will take effect. Click No to manually restart your workstation.

Note: If you uninstall the old version and then install the latest version of Excel Add-in, you must update your mappings; otherwise, you will not see all of the maps available.

In the Tools menu, select Data Import and then click Update Maps.
